Mrs. Kannaghi Chandrasekaran

Mrs. Kannaghi a graduate from Fatima College Madurai, was an NCC cadet and was keenly interested in Social Service activities right from her school days. This self-willed woman started with the vision to develop the women folk economically, culturally and socially. She believes that economic independence with ethics will give real freedom to women.

She had 20 years of experience in the banking sector and took voluntary retirement from ICICI bank to establish the Woman for the holistic development of women especially in rural areas and to provide them with new livelihood opportunities. She spent most of her time for the up-liftment of women.

She is a writer and social worker. Her book poomiyil pootha natchathirangal was prescribed as text book for arts colleges, Bharathidasan university for second year B.A. students.

Her book Punniya poomiyum poratta mahalirum was highly appreciated by scholars.

She is the pioneer in Menstrual Hygiene management and has been honored at SCOSAN-II Meet at Delhi she was recognized as pioneer by UNICEF-Delhi for her work on menstrual hygiene.

A mechanical engineer worked in Thermal Energy and Oil & Gas field.

Having a decade of experience in Fabrication, Project execution and Project Procurement in both Power and Oil & gas industries. He introduced centralised operation for cash less loan disbursement and implemented core banking system software. He also introduced live collection monitoring and tracking system.

Mr. N.Dhivakar B.E.,

He is an expertise in micro finance sector more than a decade. He is an Engineer, graduated in Electronics & Communication under Anna University.

He has Implemented the agency banking system for due collection which is supported by core banking solutions and introduced SMS alert facility to borrowers during collection of due amount, eliminated the manual billing system and introduced POS machines at the field level for collection, which enabled WOMAN to monitor the collections on live.
