Welfare Organization for Multipurpose mass Awareness Network shortly and popularly known as WOMAN was established in 1992, with focus on women empowerment to build a better society by providing woman folk, a common forum equivalent to the masculine race by enhancing their social economic and cultural status.

WOMAN from its inception, has concentrated on community development programs including social and cultural initiatives, hygiene and sanitation, income generating activities, trainings, awareness camps, legal camps, and family counseling. WOMAN is chiefly committed to woman empowerment particularly rural women. We joined in SHG movement to encourage savings and thrift of womenfolk.

WOMAN offers SHG members market-based skills training so they can find employment or start their own business. Our goals are to strengthen women's existing skills and to introduce new skills in traditional and non-traditional fields so women can access to future employment opportunities.

During covid 19 Pandemic, we faced greater challenges both in terms of health and economic.

WOMAN requests our members to get vaccinated and follow the Government guidelines. We request all our member entrepreneurs to revive their work to achieve financial self-sufficiency with self-determination, and hard work.
